Villa Vaiava is ideally located in front of the beautiful Vaiava white-sand beach (popularity known as “PK18”) in Punaauia. It has all the comfort you need to relax and recharge. With its four stylish bedrooms, a large living room and the wooded garden, it can comfortably accommodate up to nine people, ideal for families or groups of friends.

The villa consists of four bedrooms :

  • The first is equipped with a king size bed, has direct ocean views, a large screen TV as well as a large en-suite bathroom. (*)
  • The second bedroom has a king size bed with a large screen TV, a small fridge as well as a two-seater sofa bed. It has mountain view and sea view. (*) (**)
  • The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a large TV, and mountain views. (*) (**)
  • The fourth bedroom is equipped with a small single bed. (*) (**)

(*) All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and two of them are equipped with an air mixer.
(**) All three bedrooms have a fully equipped shared bathroom.

The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double bed. It has a large screen TV and a piano.
On each side of the room are two outdoor terraces, one overlooking the mountain and the other overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the garden and the mountains as well as the view of the sea with the island of Moorea.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge, dishwasher, fruit and vegetable extractor, toaster, a standard coffee machine, an espresso machine and all the cooking utensils.
A bar as well as an outdoor table allow lunch in the garden. A barbecue allows you to organize outdoor meals.
The house has a dining room that can accommodate eight people, an outdoor laundry room and a garage for two vehicles.
The villa has its own private access to the beach with an outdoor shower and inflatable paddle boards. An infinity salt-water pool is also at disposal.

” Simply put, Henri’s villa was a dream house. We expected something great based on the listing, but in person it was nothing short of amazing. Watching a fiery sunset from the infinity pool will be memory all eight of us will carry with us forever. The house was luxurious, spacious, extremely well-equipped, and stunningly gorgeous. It is perhaps 50m from the best beach on Tahiti, easily accessible by a quick walk through the lagoon. There are TWO outdoor showers to rinse off the ocean water. The kitchen opens up to an incredible outdoor bar. The house is surrounded by a huge garden on all sides. The bedrooms had air conditioning and the living space had huge doors that opened for ventilation. Henri was proactive, considerate, and extremely responsive. This is truly a unique property and Henri is an exceptional host, providing easy and clear instructions. We will absolutely look to return on our next trip to Tahiti!  “
